June 21 2011.

Well it has been about 30 days, a lot has happened in this time I have been to Palmsprings, Las Vages, and all over the high desert doing photos of crosses on the hwy. crosses on the hwy now has about 260 cross photos.  The web-page is coming a long slowly to slowly as I was looking at June 1 as the day that it would be working with all parts but it looks like July 1 or some time soon after that, paper work can be slow in getting it all set up. Like VISA, MASTER Card and so on.  Well with that starting with the next post I will be doing a CLASS on getting Good landscape photos of your own.

FIRST PART- What you need, and were you can find nice locations at home, A good place to start.

Part 2 - will cover how to get the most out of what you have,and what you can do to make it Work for you.

Sunday, a day of rest, and some office work

Saturday May 28 2011  went a did photo work in LytlD creek there  is a water fall that I want to shoot, I need to cross the creek to get to it but the water was running to deep and fast to cross and it looked like it may start raining soon so I had to pass on it this time. Went up to hill 582 and did some photos of trains till sunset, it was nice up there a good place to rest and spend the day.  Sunday REST office work mapping out for crosses on the hi-way I have about 250 that i need to do photos of. will off to church God bless all.

today tuesday 24 day, of May

I have been working on the web page and doing Photos to put on the web page.  Hope to go full on line  with a full working Photography By Bill web page that you can order fine art prints and stock prints on line and have them shipped to you the next day. We will be able to presses all Visa and other cards.  this has been long in the working and a lot of time, phone calls, faxs.  Palm Spring art gallery are looking good and hope to put some of my work on there walls soon. going to be looking a some Redlands gallery and hope to look at some in hollywood and LA.
My target date is JUNE 1 2011, time is getting short and much more work is needed

SATURDAY May 21 2011 - going to do photos to day

It has been a long time from last post, have been working a lot with doing photos and the web page. time go's by so fast that I never get done.
So this is what has been happening so far.  on May 5 went to DEATH VALLEY, May 5 to May 11.  did a lot of photos of old mines and Landscape the weather was odd for this time of year lot of wind rain and yes snow, not a lot but it did snow. It was nice that I was able to take Whitney camping up to an Old mine that I did some photos of, It had a lot of water running from all the springs it looked like about 4 of them (some photos posted on web under death valley) the landscape was nice but it did get cold the last 4 days .sunday I injoyed Church up there with a good friend of mine. help her work at her place then went for a nice long hike. the wind sunday night was bad.  OK so much for the trip.  Photography by bill web page is being worked on all the time and hope to have it open and all working on June 1.  added 49 crosses on the hiway,  death valley page about 100 or so photos,  fine art photos about 9 added. APRIL 28 2011- long month

This has been a long month, with the jeep not running for 12 days ( april 6 -17 ) and needing to put out a large sum of money for parts this has been a hard month with wook being slow ( that could have been a blessing as it is hard to get to work with no car ) money has been short for the last 2 weeks.
but all that is behind me now and it looks like May will be better. I have started to upload photos to the web page, GRAFFITI THAT TRAVELS THE NATION and CROSSES ON THE HI-WAY each have a lot of photos in them. Down the road each one will become a photo book to be placed on the market. it is a lot of work and driving to get the photos I needed for them. Also a new page Hinkley CA. I have photos to be uploaded to this page soon, It about the town of Hinkley CA and the PG&E and the water.    (SEE Erin Brockovich movie about the town in the 80s but it has started over for the ones that are still there as the bad water has moved under more homes.

Well I hope to have a good working month in MAY.  I need to up date this a lot more so I will work on doing that. God bless. goodnight

Well it been a odd day to day, worked on the internet doing some preinfo about Hinkley CA. It looks like im going to do a large photo job about PG&E and the town. If you remember the movie Erin Brockovich  the trus story about  the ground water having heavalent chromium from PG&E. well it is starting over as the plum is moving north east. it is now 2 and 1/2 miles away and moving about a foot a day. Also I needed to work on my jeep today as I will be needing it the photo work. all photo will Be under the HOT SHOTS NEWS part of the web page. So today in Phelan was a nice day it got up about hi 80 today and no wind all day, but it is now blowing hard it started about 7:00 pm and it will blow all night. A new week starting today, week 3 of april and still working hard on the Web page as it takes a lot of time to upload all the photos.  All went good saturday   and it turned out to be a good day after all, But it was cold windy with a small amout of snow yes snow but it did not stick.
Today im running the back up on the main computer and backing to hard drive and CD. I will send the CD for storage at a neather town. started working on header for web page did a photo lay up and will add all other info. Photography By Bill on a dark back ground with fine art photography. below Looking for the south west look this time was using red white and blue but fill it is time for a change.Worked inside all day saturday do to the cold but had to go out side and cut some fire wood as I use a wood stove for heat in the house. propane costs to much to use all the time.

With it being sunday it is a rest day and I have Church at 4:00.

SATURDAY APRIL 9 2011 - Web page day

To day will be a web page day, I will be working on all the photo that I have uploaded to this date. This week has went by so fast that I got behind in my work and with the weather being so bad with the cold wind that I have not wanted to work outside or in side that much.  So today is the last day of the week and I will get back on track today.
     Starting to get your life back on track aftre all that has went on in the last 5 years is hard to do so I am doing the best that I can.  For all that do not know what happened in 2006 we moved to Phelan CA, my wife amd me, so you know, her name was Teresa. Then in 2007 she was told she had cancer and only had a year to live so I stoped doing work that would take me out of town over night also with Dr. apointment 3 times a week  it was hard to do this work but we did (note) WE did work she would not let cancer stop her, as she would say I have cancer it dose not have Me. We hiked and did landscape photogaphes Wedding, and all other work that we could fit in when so was filling OK but it all started to slow down over the next 3 years, as she did not get better but would not give up, not till her Last day in March 2009. march 11
She went home to be with God the father and Son, om March 12 at about some time in the morning.

So hear I am after 25 years with her now im alone with the help of my best friend Karin that came in to my life that summer with her son KC. she help me keep going and put my life back to gather and I help her get a new start in her life.  Whitney my 18 year old got A job in Death Valley at the furnace creek ranch so we moved her up there it was 3 trips  going up there and karin put in a Job app and with in  4 weeks got the job also and now she lives there to at the ranch. They are doing good and love it there. so now im back to being alone But not lost, as I have my photography work and that is my life  right now. Friday, this was a good week went and did some photos of sone old mines and some up in the mountains. I think they will turn out to be some good, Hope to have them posted on the web page soon.  To day is work on the jeep day as it is in need of some service, you need a good when running around in the derest alone and some times 50 miles from a main road, I will start posting on this page each day so to keep you all up to date on what is happening with Photography By Bill, the web page  and me (Bill) as to what I will be photographing next.
THE WEATHER. summer day one and then winter the next day, hi 90 one day then snow the next day. Hope you have a good weekend and injoy the weather.

New Day.

Well it is a new day at Photography By Bill, and its looks like my web page is up and running but small at this time. still have a lot of wook to do on it and a lot of photos to down load to it.  Keep coming back to look at it as it is a work in progessone day at a time. hope you injoy it      BILL
